Every gate is different; depending on your gate we can decide which operator is the best for your home or site. All our operators are built to last and all parts are readily available for at least 10 years after the product has been upgraded or modified to keep up with better technology as it changes.

FOR DOMESTIC, WE SUPPLY THESE MODELS:

ZT4 hydraulic ram – This suits most single and double swing operators. With a massive 3850 Newtons of thrust it will move up to 400kg. The motor is dust and water proof and comes with an anti crush valve to adjust pressure when objects are in the way. The operators also come with a simple to use over-ride key for the rare occasion of power outages. Without a separate electronic lock this will operate gates of up to 1.8m wide each leaf and with a lock up to 3m each.

ZT70 in ground operator – For those elite homes where looks are everything; this is an in ground operator that sits below the ground and operates the pivot point for the gate. Handling gates up to 800kg each leaf. This is a hydraulic system with an electric pump. This operator can handle the damp or water-logged conditions underground.

FOR COMMERCIAL, WE SUPPLY THESE MODELS:

ZT44 hydraulic ram – In those extremely windy areas or for those extra large gates the ZT44 is worth considering.  It is the next step up from the ZT4 unit with the same characteristics. However this operator will allow up to 800 cycles per day and will operate gates up to 4m each leaf with an additional electronic lock. Heavy duty, strong construction and perfect for the shared driveways with large openings. The motor is once again bathed in hydraulic oil to keep it cool and has a manual over-ride key in case of power outages.

FOR APARTMENTS & COMMERCIAL SITES, WE SUPPLY THESE MODELS:

AT 80 – This motor will move a 1200 kg gate and has walked all over gates that cannot be pushed by manpower. Over 200 cycles per day allow this to operate 99.9% of sliding gates in New Zealand . These motors are used throughout prisons in NZ due to their reliability and performance. Variable speed drives can be put onto this model if required.

This reliable geared motor is built to last. The gears and motor are encased in an oil bath to keep them cool, water proof and reliable, this alone will lengthen the life of the motor. Depending on the size of the gate we can replace the gear for a larger sprocket increasing the speed of the opening. Torque and pressure settings are made during installation to ensure vehicles or people do not get crushed. This motor also comes with a key to switch the motor into manual during a power outage. Inbuilt limit switches are robust and flexible to ensure the gate will not damage these or reduce their lifespan.

ONDA 424 – Complies with the current safety standards as regards to obstacle detection and inversion of movement in accordance with EN12453 and EN12445 (product certified under ideal installation conditions). The electronic torque adjustment combined with encoder technology guarantees a gradual approach during opening and closing movements. Continuity of operation guaranteed, in the event of a power supply failure, by a set of optional batteries which may be fitted in the operator casing. Sturdy and reliable thanks to the die-cast aluminium casing. Worm screw gear motor with aluminium body and on-board electronic control unit. Equipped with adjustable-height foundation plate. Emergency release lever with customised key, for use during power supply failures.
